Pop Lemon was created by Heather, a registered nurse and mom, alongside her daughter, Gemmy.

Together, we created the kind of first period kit we wished every girl could have; one that helps girls feel prepared and confident while giving trusted adults the tools to start the conversation with confidence.

What began as a mother-daughter project has grown into a mission to make first periods feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more empowering.
